[ Patrick was amazing. Explained I’m a front line worker and unable to get test before June. Hubby

just diagnosed with cancer. Needed to be done ASAP. Called me back within 5 minutes.

Vaccination 15 minutes later. Cannot thank you enough for understanding my predicament. Super

efficient. #teamsrftrocks 👍 ]

It was seamless. They were on top of everything, knew exactly what they were doing, everyone was polite and I was on site 15mins max. I can't think of anything that could have been done better.

Very well instructed at each checkpoint so to speak. Very fast and efficient from start to Finnish the

lady in pink was fantastic! The lady who gave me my vaccination was also fantastic I didn’t feel a

thing. More than happy with the service provided by our wonderful NHS

The professionalism of the staff and volunteers plus the safety was second to none a very welcome

experience

[ Once inside everything & everybody was excellent, I couldn’t see any sign posts outside leading

me to the correct department when driving in from the main entrance ]

also kept the same apron and gloves on. She didn’t wash her hand and just used had sanitiser on

her gloves before administering the vaccine. ]

[ Very poor signage from main entrance. Slow so ran 15mins late whilst only 3 in the queue. Check-

in slow as idiots in queue had no details ready, should be told to get them and rejoin queue. No id

checks at all, just asked for nhs number. Told could go with no waiting for adverse reaction. Staff

are friendly but poorly run setup. ]
