7. Executive Committee will have the right to accept or reject the application without assigning any reason.

8. Attach Separate Sheets wherever required.

9. If you / your company is member of any other organization related to Natural Stone Industry, kindly mention the same.

Kindly affix photo’s (paste it in the space provided). Office will issue photo ID Card to the members i.e. one photo ID Card to Proprietor in case of Proprietorship, two photo ID Cards to any two partners in case of Partnership firm, any two Directors in case of Limited / Private Limited Companies and elected President and General Secretary in case of Association / Federation.

Please send the two extra photo’s for issue of Photo ID Cards.

Only one person will be allowed to attedn the AGM, SGM & ECM with photo ID card.

Ordinary Membership : Admission fee of Rs.2,500/- plus yearly subscription of Rs.15,000/- total amount is Rs.17,500/- + applicable GST in force to be remitted along with application form. (at present GST will be 18% i.e. Rs.3,150/-)

Patron Membership : Admission fee of Rs.2,500/- plus one time payment of Rs.10 Lakhs total amount is Rs.10,02,500/- + applicable GST in force to be remitted along with application form. (at present GST will be 18% i.e. Rs.1,80,450/-)

Membership fee (by demand draft/ cheque in favour of “Federation of Indian Granite & Stone Industry” payable at Bangalore).

Life Membership : Admission fee of Rs.2,500/- plus one time payment of Rs.40,000/- total amount is Rs.42,500/- + applicable GST in force to be remitted along with application form. (at present GST will be 18% i.e. Rs.7,650/-)
