HOTEL CHÂTEAU LE CAGNARD CAGNES-SUR-MERFRANCIA

« Le Cagnard » is « the Sun » in Provençal.

Built in the 13th century, Le Cagnard is an exceptional stone dwelling perched on the ramparts of the medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes.

Its history is closely tied to that of the Château Grimaldi, which dates back to the 14th century: the guard room in particular, with its arched fireplace, is evidence of its medie-val heritage, a time during which knights protected the village and its château.

KOLODEJECASTLE PRAGUECZECH REPUBLIC

The earliest recorded mention of the fortress in Kolodeje is from the year 1346.

The Castle Kolodeje was rebuild in the second half of the 16th century into a renaissance palace, which still had a strong initial high round tower and a dominant position over the valley.

Another major reconstruction was in the years 1706 - 1712 in the baro-que style - three-winged building on the U-shaped ground plan with the court, which is surrounded by farm buildings. The author of the recons-truction is considered the Italian architect Domenico Martinelli, inside the castle decorated stucco Santini Wiener Busse.

SOUQ WAQIF HOTEL DOHAQATAR

The plot area of the development is approximately 1580m2 and the total building area is 2885m2.

The building originally was a com-plex of old traditional building consists of retail shops and restau-rant built of 600mm stone wall. Reinforced concrete structure and block work infill were introduced internally in some places. It is to be re-modified into hotel complex reflec-ting more of Arab Architecture.
