Thursdays at 6pm starting March 5th 6 weeks: $99 Course Code: 7327
The Richmond Olympic Oval is pleased to announce the launch of Tactical Training intended for Police, Fire Services, Military, Canadian Border Services (CBSA), Sheriffs, Corrections, and Emergency Health Services (EHS).
Train with your colleagues to reduce risk of injury, increase strength, speed, power, agility, aerobic and anaerobic fitness. These small group training sessions are specifically designed for first responders, to support those that serve and protect our community

Strong, Fit + Feminine
Strong, Fit & Feminine is a women’s strength training program intended for active women who aspire to be stronger. Delivered in a small group format, SFF provides the opportunity to progress at your own pace while enjoying the comradery of a group setting.

• Fitness Theory Prep • Group Fitness and Group Fitness Practicum• Weight Training• Keiser M3 Group Cycling• First Aid and CPR Training *All courses are BCRPA and NFLA approved.

Saturday Feb 28th 2015 10am – 12pm Free for Oval Members, Non-members $5
The Combine will help individuals assess their personal performance and set goals based on their results. Goals can be set based on what the assessment measures:
• Sprint test (linear speed) • T test (agility)• Vertical jump (explosive leg power)• Battle ropes (Upper body endurance)• Max push up (muscular strength and endurance)• Max inverted rows (muscular strength and endurance)
