FBC Peer to Peer Comparison Report

• Complete the excel template for submitting a request for a Peer Comparison Report

• Specify the 3 years you want the report run against

• Select your peers for comparison – be sure they have participated in the selected service areas or specified PIs

• The report you receive back will be in an excel format so you can graph the data, create a chart, etc.

• Generally you can expect a turnaround time of 10 -14 business days.

What’s It Take to Develop a New Service Area

1. Policy currently under development2. 60% of the FBC membership must support the proposed

new service area3. If supported, a committee will be formed to develop the

initial PIs4. New PIs will be limited to 25 good, balanced measures5. Performance Committee will review and make a

recommendation to the FBC Board.

6. Process will take several years.
