    WhatistheFATTool?

The FATTool has a unique design that allows a single tool to have multiple

    treatmentedgesandsurfaceswithacomfortablehandle. Thepatentedtextured

    finishhelpstodecreasetissuesensitivitywhileallowingabettergripofsurface

    tissueanddeepertissuemobilization.Theseattributesmaximizetheabilityofthe

FATTool to loosen areas of increased fascial tension and stimulate an

environment of improved fluid dynamics, including improved blood flow and

    lymphaticcirculation.

    WhatarethebenefitsofusingtheFATTool?

This device can enhance recovery after hard workouts and improve athletic

performance byoptimizing soft tissuemobility and increasing rangeofmotion.

The FATTool has been reported to help improve motorfiring patterns byoptimizingsofttissuemechanicsandstimulatingspecializedreceptorswithinthe

skinand underlying fascia. TheFATToolwill not bruise ordamage tissuewhen

    UsingtheFatTool

This stroke is the most effective at improving fascial mobility. It involvesshorter and more rapid movement of the tool. To use the burst stroke,

apply moderate pressure with the tool along the tissue tension line. Use

either the beveled profile for superficial tissue tension or the tapered

profile for more deeply located tension. Move the tool in rapid, short (1

to 2 inch), back-and-forth stokes in a direction that moves along thegreatest line of tissue tension. Unlike the sweeping stroke, maintain

pressure when pushing the tool AND when pulling or returning the tool to

    the starting position.

Go to www.FAT-Tool.com to watch a video ofthe burst stroke.
