P.T.F.E. fabricsand tapes are available in standardand anti-static grades in both plainand self-adhesive versions. Ourproducts are supplied in standardwidths or in tape form slit to ourcustomers own width requirement in15m or 30m rolls. Falcon ProductsLtd also offers a bespoke cuttingservice and can offer special cutshapes and sizes to the customersown specification.

Falc-O-Tex fabrics can also befabricated into process conveyor beltsfor contact food frying, food drying,blast freezing, screen-printing, textilefusing and drying, shrink tunnels andpolymer processing in either acontinuous form or with a variety ofmechanical fasteners.

P.T.F.E. coated aramid fabrics andsilicone rubber coated glass fabricsare also available if required.

Aerospace:� Falc-O-Tex and Falc-O-Stick pressure

sensitive tapes can be used in theaerospace industry for plasma flame spraymasking or high friction, also as a releasefabric for vacuum bagging operations.

Abrasives:� Falc-O-Tex release fabrics can be used

between abrasive disk during curing.� Easy-release eliminating platen cleaning.

Chemicals:� Falc-O-Tex materials can be used in the transportation of

chemicals in case of spillage or corrosive operatingconditions, providing a clean and contaminant free surfacewhich is not affected by harsh chemicals, strong acids orsolvents.

Curing:� Conveying and process belts for curing of rubber

extrusions.� Process belts for curing and impression of PVC

backed carpets and underlay.� Release belts for curing of hot melt adhesive and

adhesive tapes.� Porous series have lower level of coatings to allow for

the escape of volatile gasses, air circulation for dryingand curing processes.

Electrical/Electronicindustry:� PTFE is used extensively throughout the semi-

conductor industry, especially where high temperatureprocessing is required.

� PTFE is dimensionally stable at high and lowtemperatures.

� High temperature dielectric applications, insulatingtapes, coil and transformer wrapping, flexible ductingand barriers, cable splicing and wrapping.

Bake-O-Glide™ Non-stickReusable Baking / Cooking Liners

Bake-O-Glide™ is widely usedthroughout the bakery, confec-tionery, food freezing and cateringindustry, for use in tins, trays,ovens, microwaves and freezers.

No fat, grease or oil is required.With care Bake-O-Glide™ will last100’s of times over.

Standard sizes to fit trays 18” x 30”,600mm x 400mm and Gastronorm530mm x 325mm. One-Liners forlining cake tins which fit the baseand sides (no cutting required) pre-cut to suit tins up to 9”, over thissize would be supplied in twopieces base and fringed wall liningfor a better fit.

Easy to clean, wipe witha damp cloth or washin warm soapywater. Use bothsides, workingtemperature -40°C to 260°C.Dishwasher Safe.

Bake-O-Glide™ Silicone Mats

A flexible Non-Stick Silicone FibreGlass Mat – suitable for thecommercial baker and confectioner.A must for any pastry chef whenworking with sticky materials suchas sugar. Also great for cookies,pastries, bagels and other morninggoods.

Standard tray sizes available i.e.30”x18”, 600mm x 400mm,Gastronorm 530mm x 325mm,other sizes available on request.Temperature range: -40°C to250°C.

The silicone non-stick mat can beused 100's of times and is easy toclean withwarm water, detergent and a dampcloth. Dishwasher safe.

Bake-O-Glide™ Non-Slip Roll Out Mat

Non-Slip Roll Out Mat – one sidehas the same super smooth PTFEcoating as the Multigrade ensuringa non-stick surface, on the other aspecial silicone coating thatguarantees the mat stays in placewhen rolling out pastry, cookies,marzipan, etc., also fantastic forkneading dough.

The Non-Slip Mat will withstandtemperatures from -40°C to 260°Ctherefore after rolling out it issuitable to go straight from theworktop into the oven. The mat isalso suitable for use in the freezer.

As with all Bake-O-Glide™products it is reusable, easy toclean and dishwasher safe.
