Swinburne Why you are here?

There are two categories of Progress Review:

(1) “At Risk” – this is you

You have failed half or more of your total enrolled credit points, or you have failed a unit twice

The University has designated that you are “At Risk” of not passing your course

We want you to take some time to think about what you are going to do about your studies

(2) If you continue to fail next progress review period you could be in a very serious situation – “Show Cause”

“We…believe that one reason so many

school and Uni. students

have so much trouble focusing on their studies

is because they don’t have a goal,

don’t know what all this studying is leading to.”

Take responsibility for your studies

(1) You need to identify what is blocking your performance?

(2) Is it temporary or is it permanent?

(3) Can you change something in your life?

(4) Perhaps you need to get some advice or support?
