deve$op'ent p$an) For %ities having no deve$op'ent p$ans the !a%tory site sha$$ have to "e

approved "y the a&thority)

b) Means of escape in case of fire: In the %ase o! !a%tories %onstr&%ted or %onverted to&se as a !a%tory a!ter the date o! en!or%e'ent o! the these reg&$ations the !o$$owing

additiona$ re*&ire'ents sha$$ app$y(

i) At $east two o! the stairways provided sho&$d "e o! the !ire resisting 'ateria$s)

ii) No stairway sha$$ "e $ess than +),' in width)
