Teachers’ role

•Female and male has different strategies when language learning.

•When its about language , an individual requires reading lots of materials and research find that most male respondents lack of reading.

•However, the female respondents give positive feedback about reading.

An IQ level of an old man compared to a young healthy man is different.

Old people tend to forget information easily because their brain does not work as smooth as their were younger.

However, young teenagers would easily memorize the given points using the correct language learning strategies needed.

The students least favorite kind of activities in class or out of class. From these actions, we can detect the students who prefer outdoor than indoor assignments.

When a student prefer outdoor but given an indoor activity, they will face through with certain difficulties to stand out.

Their interest in the language learning itself needs to be develop from the beginning to have the willingness in taking risk with language.

Peers

Do they cooperate with their team members? For those who doesn’t means they are more suitable alone.

But there are some students need to have discussion in order to obtain that higher excellence in language learning. Their method of learning are different and so this is very much opposite environment for both.

A student capability can be change from his environment when his peers prefer otherwise, he will develop the strategy into their preferences.

In class activities, a teacher should alert with his students’ LLS. This is to prevent from any mislead when teaching them.

Teachers can be the most influence person in a students’ life. Therefore, they require an amount of knowledge to practice the students their LLS.

A teacher can also be a motivator for the students to maintain their competence in language learning strategies.
