isn’t just any map, it is a map that allows you to click on a country and find out key information about that country.

Page 11: Fact map

Minimum Viable Product

The minimum our app can include would probably be just the menu and the map itself along with being able to touch and find information about different countries.

Feasibility Our app is feasible but may require a lot of data

due to it having to store a lot of Country Data in the app, we can not assure you that our app will work 100% of time but we can assure that we will try to fix as many bugs as possible. We will try to fix technical errors to insure your enjoyment with the app, and try to include as much Countries as possible without using as much data, needed. So essentially we want to be efficient but we are not totally agreeing with the fact of you having to use internet.

Marketing strategy

Page 18: Fact map

Business Strategy We will be using two ways to sell our app these ways

will be:

Selling our app – We will have a free trial that can be upgraded to a full version which we will sell for roughly 69p the free version will have a few features restricted and will contain adds.

Advertising – We plan on obtaining ads by finding companies that are related to our app in order to ask them if they would like to advertise on our app. Depending on whether we get paid for every click their add gets or we get paid an amount for advertising. We will change our business model slightly for example if we gate paid for every click adds may be larger and slightly more obstructive.

By combining these two strategies we plan to make a good amount of money whilst not making people annoyed with our app allowing us to keep good customer relations.
