Face to face What is your self talk?

In our relationship with ourselves we lack that face to face contact. Face to face time with ourselves help to check our thoughts our thoughts that shape us.

Face to face The good news is that we actually do have a lot of control over how we talk to ourselves, and it all starts with being aware of what we are telling ourselves.

One thing we do know is that how we talk to ourselves internally has a significant impact (both positive and negative) on our lives. (Chris Clause)
