Polyester is a class of polymers containing ester functional group in its main chain. Although there are

many polyesters, the masculine noun "polyester" as a specific material refers to polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The polyesters include chemicals that occur naturally, such as cutin present in the cuticle of plants, andsynthetic

chemical products obtained by polycondensation such as polycarbonateand polibutirato.

Woven and knitted fabrics made from yarns of polyester fibers are used extensively in clothing and home textiles, shirts and pants to jackets, hats, linens, curtains and upholstered furniture. Fibers of polyester yarns and ropes are used intire reinforcements, fabrics for conveyor belts, seat belts. Polyester fibers are used as insulating material and filler pads, comforters and upholstery.

PET

The current process of building ecological fabrics happen to fragmentation of PET(flakes through) and compaction of recyclables.

In the case of clothing fabrics it is compressed by the cotton can be used to better match the body tissue.

Textile Waste

Currently the tissues collected from companies (Textile wastes) generally foundmisused elements and their use inappropriate and harmful to nature

Collection of 100% polyester textile wastes. No links crusades in their composition.

Screening of this material by separation of these elements and by stainingcomposition.

Casting of this material and heating it again transformed into polymers.

There are already processes of construction of this fabric only by compression, orpressurize material. (place a hardened and hard use in the textile chain, and always without tissue layers without spinning)

Wiring of such polymers by the process gun. (Approximate process of construction of yarn eggs)

The spinning of yarn from the yarn of viscose or polyamide.

From the "plot" being built with the wire created by recycling fabric.

With the warp yarn with polyamide or viscose.

We have a fabric that can save water and recycle waste from textile industries.

Throughout the basis of the content, will be necessary to study further adaptations to actually carry this material in the world fashion market.

The use of this residue for the construction of new fabrics with viscose and polyamide with a recycled plot, we will have a more delicate fabric and more refined.
