Proportion choosing to be seen same day now 80%. Expect to stay here or possibly rise.
Response times, normal 4 week chart shows wide spread. Will see how this changes in next weeks.
Average response down a little, but with new system has much further to go.
Monday highest day now, more typical, and interestingly Friday is high.
New slide, duration of consultations by phone and face to face. Very stable and within normal range.
