Our contaminated land investigations usually start with a Phase I desk study that involves finding out existing information about a site including documentation and records about the historic use as well as an initial site visit to make a visual inspection.

We will ensure your building and water systems are fully compliant with UK HSE ACoP L8: “The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems”, HSG274, HSE HSPC document “National Guidelines for the Control of Legionellosis in Ireland” and water regulations and legislation, applicable at our time of involvement.

We also provide a chlorination service to disinfect tanks, pipework, shower heads, etc. With partner UKAS laboratories we carry out water sampling to measure a variety of different bacteriological growths and lead content within water systems.
