“Live” Dashboards as CWT Pilots
CWT Pilots
A “pilot” is a project managed by the Global product Innovation team, and used to test and validate new ideas, services and products.
A pilot is always done with a customers: CWT BU or clients.
A pilot is NOT A PRODUCT and has a short lifetime.

Lessons learned & Next Steps
CWT Pilots showed the technology is here
Data access limited by organizations, not technology
Volume-limitation: virtually none (private cloud / Saas)
Truly “live” display is possible but required additional effort (costs)
Continue on the path of Big Data
Control our “V”s (Volume, Variety, Velocity, Veracity, Visualization)
We need more Actionable and Scalable insights
We need to find the “best” Organization
Centralized Expertise Center or Built in each BU
Train internally (as we do) or outside?
