EXPOSURE TRIP The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in association with Hewlett Packard (HP) is implementing Project IM-PACTS (Innovative Methods – Programme on Action oriented Clean Technologies in Schools) with an objective to encourage students to take leadership of environmental enterprises in waste management, clean energy, and green consumerism. As the name suggests, this action-oriented program aims to motivate visionary leadership amongst students for a sustainable future. �

In order to provide the students with a first-hand experience on scientific solid waste management, TERI, as part of the TERI-HP Schools’ Future Program, conducted an exposure trips for the students of Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi.

Chennai Students visited Exnora Green Pammal Waste Management Facility in Chennai.

The Nature Club students of Delhi schools visited the Yamuna Biodiversity Park to gain a first hand experience of man made wetlands on the bank of the River Yamuna.
