INTRODUCTION

We wish to introduce ourselves as a leading manufacturer of GEAR HOBS, GEAR SHAPER, MILLING CUTTER & RACK CUTTER in class “AA”, “A”, “B” & “C” in all profiles i.e. Involute Gear Spline, Straight Spline, with all the features of Pre-Shaving, Protuberance, Topping, Semitopping, with champers in Single or Multi-start design confirming to tolerances of DIN 3968.

We also manufacture Involute Gear Cutter in D.P. & Module upto Dia.300mm and in no. sets and hob profiles, all kinds of special form cutters & Gear Shaper are also manufactured as per drawing / sample provided by customer.

We are fully equipped to design and manufacture of Hobs Cutters from 0.5 Module to 25 Module, for given gear or drawing thereof, hob cutters are manufactured from the finest grades of imported High Speed Steel and are best heat treated for its optimum cutting efficiency.

We have complete Plant & Machinery with full fledged inspection equipments. We have experience of 15-20 years in designing, manufacturing & inspection of HOB, GEAR SHAPER, MILLING CUTTERS & RACK CUTTER and have employed highly skilled staff. We manufacture Gear Hobs for various types of gears namely Spur gear, Helical gear, Chain sprocket, Straight sided spline, Involute spline, Serrations, Ratchet, Worm wheel, Timing (Timer) Pulley hob.

We manufacture Involute spur and helical gear Hob.

Gear Hob manufacturing according to DIN-3968

Class-”AA”, “A”, “B” & “C” Single thread and multiple threads.

Type of Hob profile:- Finishing, Non topping, Topping, Semi topping, Preshaving, pregrinding, pregrinding with protuberance, pre shaving with protuberance.

From 0.3 module to 24 module in accuracy class ‘C’ to ‘AA’ with finishing, pregrinding or roughing profiles with various profile design modifications such as semitopping, protuberance, tip relief.

For generating parallel or angular splines; straight or helical splines offered with profile modifications like semitopping, undercutting, shoulder clearance, etc. Finishing or pregrinding hobs are offered with precision unground or ground profile depending on component accuracy.

To achieve desired contact patterns – prime requirement on hobbed worm gears, Expert Tool Industries have developed their expertise through long extensive mathematical modelling, data simulation and practical applications. Hobs can be hollow type or integral shank type depending upon strength constraints. Tangential, radial, topping or non-topping hobs and special reaming type finishing hobs are also offered.

We manufacture Milling Cutters -

Such as Form milling cutter, thread milling cutter, worm milling cutter, Sprocket milling cutter, spline milling cutter, convex cutter, concave cutter, single angle and equal angle cutter, side & face, stagger teeth milling cutter, serration cutter, hacksaw blade, band saw blade cutter, cylindrical cutter, shell and mill cutter, slitting saw cutter etc.

We manufacture all type form tool on optical profile grinding machine as per drawing, sample provided by customer.

RESHARPENING

We are also doing resharpening work of Hobs, Milling Cutters, Shank Type Hobs, Gear Shaper Cutters, Slitting Saw Cutters etc.
