You are not alone on your journey!Program Design

This package is perfect if you want assistance with exercise choices, technique, and proper workout programming, but don’t necessarily need a personal trainer.

This option allows you to push yourself, constantly make progress, and check back in with your trainer every 6-8 weeks, for program adjustments and pro-gressions.

Session 1 – Meet with one of our certified personal trainers, for a detailed fitness assessment, Q&A, and fitness goals discussion.

Session 2 – Come back for a full 1-hour gym session to go over your new program and exercise techniques. Members: $125 Non-Members: $145

Private Personal TrainingThis option is excellent for all ages and fitness levels,

and provides a fun and exciting atmosphere, designed to teach you proper technique, exercise programming, and supply extra coaching and motivation.

Member3 Sessions $58/session ($175.00 total)9 Sessions $50/session ($450.00 total)15 Sessions $45/session ($675.00 total)
