Recipe - Directions for the Anointing Oil – 22-33

• liquid myrrh – 500 shekels - @ 12 ½ lbs• fragrant cinnamon – 250 shekels• fragrant cane – 250 shekels• Cassia – 500 Shekels• mixed with a hin of oil – about 4 quarts

• Used for consecrating all the assessorial for the Tent of Meeting as most holy• whatever touches them will be holy

• And used to Anoint Aaron and his sons – consecrate them

• Only used for sacred – not to use this recipe for other anointing oils• not to be used on men’s bodies

Recipe - Directions for Incense – 30:34-38

• fragrant spices – gum resin, onycha, albanun, and pure frankincense all in equal amounts.

• make a fragrant blend; salted, pure and cured• Do not make any other incense only from this

formula• considered Holy to the LORD

• For both the anointing oil and the incense anyone who makes it and uses it for another purpose is to be cut off from his people
