Location
Auchterarder is a town of approximately
three thousand one hundred inhabitants,
located just off the A9, twelve miles
south west of Perth. It is also connected

Kinross’s Local Development Plan (LDP), adopted on
the 3rd of February 2014. The plan contains a spatial
strategy, with land allocated to meet the area’s
development needs until 2024. The LDP has identified
the land as ‘white land’ and is adjacent to the heritage
B-listed Coll-earn Lodge built circa 1870 standing to the
south.
The seller has obtained planning permission in principle
for residential housing on the vacant part of the site.
This planning application 17/00062/IPL indicatively
proposes 3 houses and incorporates the existing stable
