FireShowsWest is an annual training conference and expo produced

by FireShowsWest First Responders Training and Education Foundation,

a non-profit corporation.

Exhibitor Service Manuals

Exhibitor Service Manuals will be sent out by GES via email in

September 2019 and will also be available online. Orders for spe-

cial move-in and equipment should be placed well in advance of

the conference to ensure proper servicing and to avoid additional

set up costs. Special requests and unique problems related to dec-

oration and drayage should be addressed directly to our account

representative with GES.

2019 FireShowsWest Floor Plan

• Cost per 10’x10’ booth is $1,095.00

• Corner booths are $50.00 extra

• Each apparatus space is a minimum of 300 sq. feet

for one (1) apparatus. (20’ x 15’)

• Each apparatus space is priced at $2975.00.

• Additional apparatus space can be purchased for

$500.00 per unit.

• Booth fees DO NOT INCLUDE FURNISHINGS OR

ELECTRICAL.

Booth Fees

• 10’ X 10’ booth with back and side draping and identification

sign with company name and booth number.

• Booth fees DO NOT INCLUDE FURNISHINGS OR ELECTRICAL.

• A booth furnishings package and electrical will be available

at a substantial discount before the show. Watch for details.

colors will be black, red and white drapes and red side-

About FireShowsWest

FireShowsWest First Responder Training and Education Foundation is a non-

profit corporation. This conference and expo is not owned or operated by any

publication or outside exhibition management group. A percentage of profits

are donated to non-profit groups to help continue the enhancement of skills

and educational opportunities for our first responders.

Step #2 —Download the Exhibit Space Contract

1. Contracts can be downloaded from the Exhibitor Registration page on our website at https://fireshowswest.com 2. Provide a credit card number or enclose a check made payable to FireShowsWest. 3. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 4. Send the completed contract and payment to FireShowsWest By mail: P.O. Exhibitor Registration and Badges

Exhibitors may receive up to four (4) badges

per 10’x 10’ booth that is assigned to the company

listed on the exhibit contract. Exhibitors can register

their booth personnel by downloading the Exhibitor

Badge Form and submitting it no later than Thursday,

October 10, 2019 to the information listed on the

form.

Exhibitor Grand Prize Drawing

Up to a $1,145 credit will be given away to a lucky exhibitor.

The credit will be applied toward their 2020 exhibit space.

Drawing will be held on Wednesday, October 30 at 8:00 a.m.

during the annual FSMVA Exhibitor’s meeting at the Grand

Sierra Resort. All FSMVA members will be eligible for the

drawing and must be present at the meeting to obtain their

entry ticket for the drawing. Certain restrictions will apply.
