Exercise is Medicine (EIM) calls upon universities and colleges to become engaged in the promotion of physical activity as a vital sign of health. The EIM solution aims to link the clinical to the community in combatting today’s most common chronic conditions through physical activity. The college setting is seen as the place that can help support the EIM solution and promote physical activity and healthy living.

EIM is part of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the largest sports medicine and exercise science organization in the world.
