Mr Wilson Chu, Principal Consultant of HMI Consulting Limited

Mr Chu holds a Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cornell University in the US and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada. He is a certi�ed Psychometric Tools Consultant of the Chinese Personality at Work (CPW) and has been working as a management consultant for over 15 years. He has helped di�erent client organisations including government departments, public utilities, NGOs as well as private sectors in manufacturing, servicing trading and banking industries in the US, PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Their existing HRM practices have been revamped in di�erent areas such as strategic planning, organisation structure, sta� selection, performance management, assessment on competency pro�ciency, compensation design and etc.

B. Cancellation Policy

HKIHRM reserves the rights to replace the speaker and/or cancel or alter, content, timing, and venue of the event, as well as to reject any enrolment for whatever reasons at any point in time.

No refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed enrolment. Also, no-shows will incur the full cost of enrolment. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warming is hoisted at 6:00 am, the scheduled event will be cancelled. If the event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or natural disaster, the HKIHRM is not responsible

for any expenses incurred by the registrant. Notice of the reschedule arrangement will be sent out within 10 working days.
