We have great pleasure to introduce the stunning catamaran OASIS, available for day-charters from the 2015 summer season in the Balearics. OASIS is an elegant catamaran with a unique and stunning and custom design. The boat has been completely refitted for 2015, her new design and facilities will perfectly propose the staging of events on board. The OASIS Catamaran features her teak decks, her pearl grey hull and elegant and customized sails. The catamarans’ deck is divided in two levels; the top deck offers a comfortable seating area which is perfect for sunbathing, where you will find comfortable cushions to enjoy the journey. The lower deck is shaded and here you will find our bar as well as a seating and relaxation area, convertible into a gastronomic dining area. Inside the catamaran you will find the galley and 2 toilets, one on each side. Apart from our tempting “a la carte” menu, we also offer a barbecue service to taste our meat or fish freshly prepared on board. To liven up the fun of cruising, we offer a free service aboard of kayak, paddle surfing and snorkelling equipment. If you wish, we can also arrange other water sports at an additional cost.

Our catamaran has its Base Port Base on the seafront of Palma (opposite the Auditorium). An ideal location for a cruise to navigate to one of the quiet coves located on both sides of the Bay location. We can also propose embarkation and disembarkation service in other different points in our home port. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

- To confirm the reservation, charterer needs to pay 50% of the total amount. The balance 50% will be paid at most 15 days before the date of embarkation.

- The catering and drink will be paid up to 15 days before the date of embarkation.

- In case of cancellation by the company Oasis Sailing Excursions SL by adverse weather conditions (decision to by taken by the captain of the boat), the total amount paid will be refunded and no cancellation fees apply.

- In case of cancellation by the charterer, the cancellation fee shall be proportionate to the anticipation with which such cancellation is made:

1) Cancellation with a minimum of 90 days prior to the date of embarkation will be charged as management fees 25% of the amounts paid in advance to reserve the catamaran (12.5% of the total amount of booking). The amounts paid as catering or beverage fees will be fully returned to the charterer.

2) Cancellation between 90 days and 15 days prior to the date of embarkation, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount of the catamaran’s reservation. The amounts paid as catering or beverage fees will be fully returned to the charterer.

3) Cancellation communicated within 15 days prior to the date of embarkation, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total catamaran’s reservation. The amounts paid in connection with beverages will be fully returned to the charterer.

4) If the reservation is cancelled within 3 days prior to the date of embarkation, the amounts paid in connection to catering will also be lost by the charterer.
