GRANT OF LICENSE TO MULTI-USER.The EXCELINDO EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE CALENDAR LITE is licensed as follows:(a) Installation and Use.EXCELINDO.COM grants you the right to install and use copies of the EXCELINDO EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE CALENDAR LITE on computers within one particular specified location or on a network at a single site (e.g. office) and your running validly licensed copies of the office suite [Microsoft Excel 2007, Microsoft Excel 2010) and Windows operating system [Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows Vista, Windows 7]for which the EXCELINDO EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE CALENDAR LITE was designed.(b) Backup Copies.You may also make copies of the EXCELINDO EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE CALENDAR LITE as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

    2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the EXCELINDO EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE CALENDAR LITE.(b) Distribution.You may not distribute registered copies of the EXCELINDO EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE CALENDAR LITE to third parties.     5. Print selected area in selected worksheetYou can select the area you want to print from any worksheets. There are several method that can be applied to quicken the selection process. For example you want to print All Employee Report where the area will cover cells B11 - AC34,- Put your cursor on the beginning of area you want to print > Press Shift button > Press right and down arrow to until it reach AC34 or put your cursor on B11 > Press Shift button > put your mouse cursor on AC34- Go to Page Layout > Print Area > Set Print Area- Go to File > Print > Set your print preferences here before you print your chart

  • 1. Set spreadsheet parameter in Setup worksheet

    Setup TabThis is a worksheet to customize the appearance of your attendance spreadsheets.- Filename : Replace the filename in this box everytime you change the filename to prevent any broken links inside this spreadsheet- Starting Year : Enter the starting year of your attendance period- Format Month Name : > Select Default to use default month name in English language > Select Custom to use other language. Type your month name in related boxes with the same order with default month name.- Format Weekname : > Select Default to use default weekname in English language > Select Custom to use other language. Type your week name in related boxes with the same order with default weekname.- Working Days : Select your working days within a week by checking in the box next to day name- Attendance Parameter : > Type attendance code for full and half attendance including their description, in blue background boxes. The codes color will follow the color at the right side of the codes (attendance color marker should be activated)- Present Marker (attendance worksheet): > Activate the color marker by selecting yes > Deactivate it by selecting no (white background)- Attendance Marker (attendance worksheet): > Activate the color marker by selecting yes > Deactivate it by selecting no (white background)- Holiday Marker (attendance worksheet): > Activate the color marker by selecting yes > Deactivate it by selecting no (white background)- Non Working Days Marker (attendance worksheet): > Activate the marker by selecting yes > Deactivate it by selecting no- Hired/Resign Marker (attendance worksheet): > Activate the marker by selecting yes > Deactivate it by selecting no- Carry Over Period : Select the maximum month (0 - 12) in the following year where employee absence allocation can be carried over- Holiday Dates : Enter your country or company official holiday dates.

    2. Type employee information and their absence allocation in Personal Info worksheet

    Personal Info TabThere are two worksheets in this tab which can be accessed by clicking related sub tab (Employee Name and Allocation tab)

    Employee NameThis is a worksheet to put your employee personal information - No : Record number- Employee ID : Enter your employee ID (optional)- Employee Name: Enter your employee name- Title : Enter employee title (optional)- Department : Enter employee Department (optional)- Hired Date : Enter employee hired date- Resign Date : Enter employee resign dateAllocationThis is a worksheet to allocate your employee absenses. No, ID, Name, Title, Department, Hired Date and Resign Date will follow the data you put in Employee Name worksheet. Type your employee allocation information in blue background column. Do not type anything in white background columns since they are already equipped with formula which will get the data from attendance worksheets.

    3. Start updating and tracking your employee attendance in Attendance worksheet

    Attendance TabThis is your primary worksheets where you can update and track your employee attendance. There are 12 months available to be chosen directly using month tab.All column from No until Attendance Summary will be filled automatically . You can start filling any attendance codes in related cells. All codes can be selected based on codes you put in setup worksheet. To help you filled the codes on working days in related cells, you can activate holiday and non working days marker in setup worksheet.You can move between month and year by clicking the month and year tab, or you can also move forward and backward by clicking the scroll box next to working days cells.
