The real problem ends up in the way which all those useless electronic devices are now left to poison the ground and the environment surrounding it. The main problem with this kind of waste is the components of it. Mostly electronic devices are made with hard metals most of it if not entirely. Specially the batteries which are the most toxic part of the devices. (consumers, 2014) What should be done to take an advantage of this waste could be inside their parts. Electronic devices batteries are conformed mostly by lithium, cadmium and Zinc. Power obtained from these batteries is based on a chemical reaction performed by the chemical elements previously mentioned known as RedOx (Reduction – Oxidation). Reaction is done spontaneously letting the elements to create a free discharge of energy when needed. Battery life is determined by the quality of the elements, that is where price is involved. The higher the price, the longer the battery life will be due to the quality of the elements. When batteries run out, people just throw them away. Elements are still there in the battery, but they don’t have enough “juice” in them. This could be taken in consideration to set up a business dedicated to extraction of elements enclosed in batteries to re- use them. Or a process where that batteries could be “recharged” in a process of a renewal of elements or compounds to let them
