Each of our Franchise Owners and Environmental Services Staff must complete Jani-King of Cleveland's EVS Certification Program through 3M SMART, and meet all Local, State, Federal, and Joint Commission Standards prior to entering a Long Term Care Facility to perform services. In addtion, a series of competencies will be performed and furnished as a part of each staff members HR file and updated annually.
