INFORMATION FEES AND SERVICES prices and items are subject to errors omissions and change without notice

DELIVERY AND SET UP Our drivers are courteous and knowledgeable and most of all ON TIME!

Delivery fees may apply. Payment is due in full upon delivery.

We can completely set up your event - lighting sternos, opening and

displaying your items, to dressing your salad. Ask the catering director

for more information.

FLATWARE, TABLEWARE, GLASSWARE,

CHAFING DISHES

Ask an event coordinator for information on cutlery, plates,

glasses and napkins for your event.

We can provide heavyweight plastic ware rolled with napkins

for an additional charge.

Or step it up with decorative platters, stainless flatware,

glassware, china, and linen napkins

We also have chafing dishes tables chairs etc. available for

rental.

STAFFING

Our staff is courteous and professional. We can provide you with all the

help you will need for your event or meeting. We offer a professional

team of chefs, captains, bartenders and servers.

Staffing requirement may increase or decrease depending on your event

and to the degree of services you wish us to provide. The standard we

apply is 1 staff per 15 –20 guests. Plated, butlered items, and stations

require more staffing. Gratuity is not included and is completely

optional.

The rates are based on a minimum of 5 hours

Chefs/Captains $225 ($45/additional hour)

Wait staff/Bartender $175 ($35/additional hour)

ORDERING Place your order today by calling 267.885.5161 or email your

order to [email protected] and your order will be

immediately confirmed. Please allow a 24 hour notice when

placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate last

minute orders. Minimum orders $30.00 excluding tax or deliv-

ery. Payment is due in full upon delivery.

BILLING We accept most major credit cards, checks with proper

identification and cash. We welcome corporate accounts.

Corporate accounts require an application and a credit card to

be on file in our office.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to reserve an event date. A credit card may

be used to hold your date.

FLOWERS AND BALLOONS Special events sometimes need a special touch. Ask us about our balloon

or flower service.
