Step 1• Examine each recipe’s ingredient list for the following:
• Flour 1 cup• Sugar 1 Tablespoon (1Tbsp)• Baking Powder 1 teaspoon (tsp)• Baking Soda ½ teaspoon (tsp)• Salt 1/8 teaspoon (tsp)• Buttermilk 1 cup• Milk ¼ cup or 2 ounces (oz) or 4 Tablespoons
(Tbsp)• Egg 1• Butter 2 Tbsp
• If any of the ingredients on the recipe don’t match the list above or are missing make note of the error
Step 2• Examine each recipe’s ingredient list for the following:
