What is European Private Tours?

Our European Private Tours are designed for the individual travellers who wish to tour Europe in style and luxury.

Our new Luxury Tour Brochure now offers the following category of hotels:

In cities where the categories are not available the lower category will be provided and rates have been taken in our costings for the lower categories. It is mentioned in the hotel names already.

You can choose from some of our most popular ready made programs or we can tailor a program just to suit your specific requirements.Alternatively, when you tailor your own tour, you can begin and end your journey from any City you choose within Europe.

This is a very exclusive way of discovering Europe. You have the choice of touring in a Saloon Car for up to 2 pax or in a Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) for 3-7 Pax. Our Experienced Chauffeurs will take care of all your needs for the duration of the tour. All Sightseeing Tours are on a Private Basis and you will have an English Speaking Guide or any other language that you may require for all your Guided Tours.

Your Chauffeurs will offer you the greatest degree of flexibility as he/she will be able to accommodate your needs and changes to your schedule even on short notice.

All our vehicles are fully air-conditioned, constantly maintained and are of the highest standards. All Chauffeurs are fluent in English (some other languages also possible) and have extensive experience in touring knowledge of Europe.

Vehicles will be at your disposal from 0900hrs to 2000hrs daily. You may take regular stops and breaks at your leisure whenever or travel to places you would like to visit nearby.

Day 4 Amsterdam - Zaanse Schans - Amsterdam

Breakfast at Hotel, We start our day with a visit to Zaanse Schans, the old village of north Holland. It is the location of the windmillssynonymous with the icon of the Dutch state and the old houses of the 18th and 19th centuries restored and preserved in its antique features.Guests have the opportunity to taste the world's best cheese at Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm, the Bakery Museum which still operates andproduces pastry-based products and Clog Workshop, which is a popular wooden clogging workshop in the Netherlands for 700 years. We return toAmsterdam and visit Coaster Diamonds where you will be explained about the process of diamond production. Later we proceed to Frankfurt. Upon arrival in Frankfurt you will visit sights in Frankfurt likethe square of Romerberg where you will have the opportunity to take pictures at The Romer, which is a city hall dating back to 1405 and was oncethe castle of the Bavarian King of the past, St. Paul Church, a church that was once the German parliamentary site was first convened after the eraof World War II, Bridge of Sigh bridge built like the original bridge in Venice and also the Fountain of Justice, the fountain pool area which was oncethe location where the King Bavaria runs the trial. Day 1 Madrid

Day 2 Madrid - Seville

Breakfast at Hotel. In the morning you will embark on a Half Guided City Tour of Madrid. During the 2 hour tour, we will visit the__-_oldestdistricts in Madrid. Austria, Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, The Borbones Area. Here we will see the Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Cibeles fountain,Puerta de Alcalá and Isabel's. We will also visit some of the finest districts; Salamanca, Castellana and Ciudad Universitaria, Las Ventas Bull Ringand Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. In the afternoon we will proceed to Seville. Day 3 Seville – Granada

Breakfast at Hotel. Here we will go on a Half Day Guided City Tour of Seville. Learn about Seville's 1920 Architecture and visit Plaza de Espanaand the Cathedral, which is the third largest temple in the world. We will continue our tour by visiting the Orange Tree Courtyard and the GiraldaTower which is the symbol of Seville. We will go from the Cathedral to the Golden Tower where we will visit the City's Nautical History Exhibition.The tour will end at the Santa Cruz Quarter, known for its orange trees and flower filled courtyards. Later we proceed to Granada. Overnight atHotel.

Day 4 Granada – Cordoba

Breakfast at Hotel. Experience a Half Day Guided City Tour of Granada. Alhambra & Generlife ( Entrance Included).. In this city, the Eurasian,Iberian, Phonetician, Roman, Arab and Christian cultures have left their imprint, making it one of the wonders of the world. It was Spain's lastIslamic Kingdom inhabited jointly by Muslims, Jews and Christians. The Alhambra is the main jewel of this beautiful city. Visit the Royal Palace,Alcazaba and the surrounding Palaces, gardens, patios and Towers. An outstanding feature are the Gardens of Generalife (Entrance Included),which was the summer residence for the King. It is a combination of water springs, gardens and architecture of indescribable beauty. No surprise, itis considered one of the most beautiful gardens in the world. Later, proceed to Cordoba. Day 5 Cordoba – Madrid

Breakfast at Hotel. Embark on a Half Guided City Tour of Cordoba. We depart from Seville for the one and a half hour drive to Cordoba. Whenarriving in Cordoba, walk along the wonderful gardens of the Alcazar of the Christian Kings, where we will also see the mosaics that decorate therooms. We will then visit the Mosque, once the crowning symbol of the Caliphate and now a Cathedral. Continue with a walk through the Jewishquarter, the Old Market (now the handicraft market) and the Old Synagogue. Afterwards there will be free time for shopping. Later proceed toMadrid. This was the burial place of Kings, Statesmen, Poets, Scientists, Warriors and Musicians. The Abbey has seen all 38 coronations sincethat of William the Conqueror on Christmas Day 1066, as well as the funerals of Diana Princess of Wales and the Queen Mother. If a religiousservice prevents us from visiting inside the Abbey we will visit the Cloisters and Chapter House. We will take a trip past the Houses of Parliament,Downing Street; the official London residence of the British Prime Minister, as well as Horse Guards and Pall Mall. We alight near the Mall, thenonward via St. James ’s Palace to Buckingham Palace or the Horse Guards Parade. Buckingham Palace is the London residence of Her Majestythe Queen, where we hope to observe the changing of the Foot Guard. Alternatively we can view the changing of the household cavalry at the

Day 1 Rome

Welcome to Rome! A glorious city rich in classical antiquities, medieval buildings, Renaissance Palaces and Baroque Churches. Upon arrival atRome Airport or Train Station, you will be met and transferred to your Hotel. Check into Hotel by 1400hrs. There is time for leisure to explore orrelax. Perhaps spend some time in the boutiques of the Via del Corso or the elegant designer stores in the neighbourhood of the Via Condotti.Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 Rome - Florence

Breakfast at Hotel. You can today experience the Guided City Panoramic Tour of Rome. This tour introduces you to the grandeur part of the City.Being one of the richest communities in the world, the independent Vatican State holds superb Vatican Museums which you will be able to visit.These include the Treasure House of the Catholic faith with vast collections of ancient and Renaissance Art, gathered by Popes over the ages.Marvel at Raphael's brilliant work as you continue into the Sistine Chapel, glorious masterpieces of Michelangelo's frescoes. Now enter St Peter'sBasilica, Observing Michelangelo's early ‘Pieta’ and Bernini's ‘Popes' Altar sited above the spot where St Peter is reputed to have been crucified.Cross the Tiber to hear tales of the glory of Ancient Rome as you view the Colosseum and overlook the Forum. Day 3 Florence – Pisa – Venice

Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will embark on a Guided Walking Tour of Florence. This itinerary allows you to discover the origins of Florence andthe reasons that made her the birthplace of the Renaissance. The tour which lasts about 2 hours, is dedicated to all those who wish to learn moreabout the facts and secrets of over 2,000 years of Florentine History. Visit the City of Dante, and view the magnificent works and Art from artistssuch as Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and other important figures. We leave Piazza della Repubblica where we discuss the City's Romanorigins, then walk towards Palazzo Davanzati where we shall take an inside tour. Afterwards we amble through some of the less crowded streetstowards Ponte Vecchio and finally enter Piazza Signoria through the Uffizi Courtyard. From this main Piazza and Civic Center our tour takes us pastthe Oratory of the Bonomini next to the House of Dante until we reach the City's religious centre. The tour finishes with the Cathedral and theBaptistery of St. John. Later we proceed to Pisa where we will see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Day 4 Venice

Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will take a Panoramic Walking Guided Tour of Venice. This interesting tour is centred around the history of St.Mark's Square and its main monuments. We will be visiting the St. Mark's Basilica with its marble and mosaics, and the Ducal Palace where the oldRepublic of Venice exercised their political and commercial powers in the Doge Palace. Next we will cross the Bridge of Sighs arriving at thefamous Venice Jail. Finishing off the tour is a chance to visit the glass factory on the island of Murano. Day 4 Pula – Brioni - Opatija

Today we will drive to the pier and take a boat cruise (Boat ride included) through the Brioni archipelago and National Park.The islands were devastated during World War II by the Italian and German army, but after the liberation of Yugoslavia, authorities restored thehotels and repaired the damage and turned one of the islands into Josip Broz Tito’s, the first Yugoslav president, holiday residence. Many buildingswere rebuilt by the famous Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik. At the time of Yugoslavia, Brioni were (with the exception of the Grand Brion) a closedmilitary zone and also deleted from the official maps of Yugoslavia. President Tito hosted well-known politics, opera divas, movie stars, includingElizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton,4* Sophia Loren, Carlo Ponti and Gina Lollobrigida and other important celebrities of that period. The islands weredeclared a National Park in 1983. Since then, they have become a popular tourist attraction due to their turbulent history and beautiful landscape.In the afternoon, drive to Rijeka, Croatia’s third-largest city a blend of a large port and Habsburg grandeur. Day 5 Opatlija - Plitvice – Zadar

Breakfast at Hotel. We drive to Plitvice, the world-famous Croatian National Park, protected by UNESCO. Make sure your camera battery is fullycharged because you will need it! The World Heritage-listed Plitvice Lakes National Park comprises 16 terraced lakes, which are interconnectedby a series of stunning waterfalls and surrounded by densely-wooded hills. The lakes are renowned for their distinctive colours, ranging from azureto green, grey and blue. Their appearance constantly changes depending on the minerals in the water and the angle of the sunlight. You will walkbetween the waterfalls, take a boat ride through the crystal waters and make some magnificent photos. After the tour, drive to Zadar where youwill overnight. Day 2 Ljubljana – Bled - Bohinj – Slap Savica - Ljubljana

Breakfast in hotel. We proceed for our Full Day Guided Tour of Bled, Lake Bohinj, Savica Waterfall. We start our day by proceeding toGorenjska, where the Alps represent more than 50 % of surface. We will continue to Bled,the Slovenian pearl beneath the Alps. Bled is one of theSlovenian smallest cities, but very popular around the world. Here the ex Yugoslav President Josip Broz Tito had his summer residence. But thepositive energy of this place was discovered much earlier, so in Bled spread cultural and also spa tourism. With typical boat called »pletna« we willdrive to the island, where we can ring a bell of good luck. But carefully, here wishes come true! Free time on the island for taking pictures or fortasting typical Bled desserts, »kremšnite« (cream cakes). Continue to Bohinj to another glacial lake surrounded by integral nature and the peaks ofthe Julian Alps. Day 3 Ljubljana – Cerknica Lake – Skocjan Caves – Secovlje Salplant - Ljubljana

Interestingly, the lakeduring rain seasons (spring and autumn) increases, and so it turns into the largest Slovenian lake, and during dry periods all the water flows intothe hollow karst underworld and the lake is practically nonexistent. Our journey continues to the Škocjan Caves, one of the most beautiful caves inthe world, protected by UNESCO. Visit of this monumental and magical underground world. Measuring 12m high and 30m wide, the waterfall is a must see and a short drive from Akureyri. While Iceland isfamous for its many spectacular waterfalls, Goðafoss is a favourite for visitors because it's easily accessible by car. (Admission Included).There's also walking paths all around the falls making it easy to take fantastic photographs from different angles. Later we will visit MyvatnGeothermal Lake. Explore the beautiful scenery around Lake Mývatn. Formed during a volcanic eruption 2,300 yrs ago, the geothermal area is ahaven for a massive number of birds. The nutrient rich water also attracts over ten species of migrating ducks to the area. Atlantic salmon andbrown trout thrive in the river, feeding on the healthy midge fly population that swarm over the waters in the summer. Then on to visit theDimmuborgir Lava Fields. Walk the marked pathways to spot arches and pillars or check out lava caves. Meaning 'dark forts' in Icelandic,Dimmuborgir is an area of lava fields with black lava formations on display in dramatic fashion. Then on route we will stop at Námaskarð where wewill see the bubbling mud pools and steaming fumaroles. There are some wooden pathways around the area but most visitors prefer to get up closeto look at the pools, but be careful, the mud in this area is thick and sticky and the residue from the steam can stain clothing. Take some time to watch the foaming white waves crash over the black sand (but don’t get too close, the waveshere can be extremely powerful), explore the shallow cave if weather and time permits, and get a photo of the basalt sea stacks. Later visitSeljalandsfoss Waterfall Visit Seljalandsfoss. Seljalandsfoss is a 60m (196 ft) tall waterfall located along the popular ring road. Behind the flow ofwater is a path, allowing visitors to peek behind the curtain of water cascading over the rocks above. Then on to Skógafoss Waterfall. VisitSkógafoss, one of the largest and most recognizable waterfalls in Iceland. The 60m (200 ft) high falls forms a constant mist that floats in the air, ifviewed in the sunlight the mist can create rainbows. The sound and view of the thundering water cutting through the green hills make the falls amust-see on any trip to Iceland. Then on to Gullfoss Waterfall. Discover one of the most impressive waterfalls in Iceland, Gullfoss and complete thetourist circuit known as the Golden Circle. This massive waterfall cascades over three “steps” before spilling into a large crevice. Fed by a glacierlake, the water passing through the falls can be a dark grey depending on how much sediment gets pushed through the river. Finally visit Geysir.See a variety of geothermal pools and the erupting hot spring Strokkur. Geysir is one of the oldest geysers recorded in the world, but is most oftendormant. Strokkur erupts a spray of boiling hot water straight into the air about every ten minutes. Another one attraction for the day isThingvellirNational Park . We will take a stop at Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site, to see the tectonic faults created by North Americanand Eurasian tectonic plates shifting apart. The Oxara river cuts through the largest rift in the valley, Almannagja, and leads to the Oxarafosswaterfall. Iceland’s parliament was also established in the area in 930. The park was later created to protect the remains of theopen-air assembly grounds. Day 6 Krakow

Breakfast at Hotel. Here you will undertake a Full Day Tour of Krakow. We will start first with the Tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. .Auschwitz-Birkenau is the most well known Cemetery in the world and place of genocide. Started in 1940 as a concentration camp for Polishpolitical prisoners it became the center. for extermination of European Jews in 1942. From 1940-45 the Nazis killed about 1.5 million people there,mainly Jews as well as Polish, Gypsies, Russian POW's and members of other nationalities. Your tour begins with a 15 minute black and whitedocumentary film screening aboard the bus about the liberation of the camp. Following that, a museum guide will show you the exhibitions in someof the surviving prison blocks, the gas chamber and the crematorium. After a short break, the tour continues to Birkenau, where you go up to thewatchtower above the entrance gate to see the view of the biggest Nazi Concentration Camp. A Martyrdom Museum was set up here in 1947 and in1979. UNESCO included Auschwitz-Birkenau in its list of World Heritage sites. In the afternoon, we will have a Tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine. Legendhas it that the salt mines in Wieliczka were part of the dowry of the Hungarian Princess Kinga, when she wed Boleslaw the Shy over 700 years ago.Meaning the Wieliczka Salt Mine is one of the oldest in all of Europe. Over the centuries, devout and superstitious miners have carved fabulousfigures, monuments and altarpieces out of its salt walls. These amazing works of art, in addition to the mine's historical importance, have earnedthe Wieliczka Salt Mine a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list. Your route through the mine leads you through galleries andchambers on three levels, from 64 to 135 meters below the ground, including the unique and richly ornamented Chapel of the Blessed Kinga. Theguided walk through Wieliczka Salt Mine consists of 20 monumental chambers joined by 1.5 miles (2.5 kilometers) of pathways and anunderground salt mining exhibition called Museum Zup Krakowskich located on Level 3. Visitors entering the Wieliczka Salt Mine descend a 380-step staircase to Level 1 (64 meters below ground level). This walk is not strenuous and can be undertaken in ordinary footwear, however we askyou consider the walk and 380-step staircase when booking this tour. The return to the surface will be by lift up the Danilowicz Shaft, from Level 3(135 meters below ground level). The last stop in the mine is the souvenir shop and snack bar. Breakfast at Hotel. This morning we make our way to Brest where we will meet our local guide and visit Brest Hero Fortress. Brest Fortress, oneof the most important places in Belarus, dates back to the 19th century and became a key symbol of Soviet resistance in World War 2. Duringconstruction, the entire town was relocated to a new position 2km away. St Nicolas Church was built in 1851-1876. Much of it was severelydamaged during World War 2. The site occupies more than four square km, although many of the outer defences were damaged or destroyedduring the wars of the 20th century. There is a citadel at the centre of the fortress, linked to three artificial island fortifications by bridgeheads. Thefortress was captured by the German army in 1915 and after World War 1 remained within Polish territory. In 1930 it became infamous as a prisonin Poland in the aftermath of the Brest Elections. Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed to Albania. We will drive via Elbasan to Tirana, the capital city. We should arrive by early afternoon. We willgo on a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Tirana. Founded in 17th century, Tirana became capital of Albania only on 1920. Its history stretches from ottoman period to communism area with aninfluence of modern architecture. After the cave touryou will visit the Predjama Castle which is a short hop from Postojna and is one of the world’s most dramatic castles. For Air travel on BudgetCarriers only 1 Piece of checked in baggage of 15kg will be permitted on your flights. Additional Baggage or additional weight will be charged at theairport. Cruise will be based on Inside or Outside Cabins (2 to a Cabin) as mentioned in the program.

All Sightseeing tours are on Private Basis with English Speaking Guide for Private Tours. Vehicle and Driver are available for use from 0900hrs to2000hrs daily.

When booking triple rooms please note that the third bed is based on sharing the existing bedding (two beds) in a twin-bedded standard room ormaybe a "roll-away" bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. Substitute hotels may be used at certain times and will be of similar standardwhenever possible. Please note that single rooms in Europe may be smaller than twin-bedded rooms.

What's Not Included in the Tour Price

Air fares to and from Europe, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, city taxes, laundry, phone calls, beverages, meals not detailed in theitinerary, tips to motor-coach drivers and local city guides, items of a personal nature, excess baggage, optional excursions.

Reservations and Payments

All reservations are to be booked in advance. In case any reservation is booked less than 30 days in advance.

All reservations once confirmed must be paid a deposit of 25% of the total tour fare within 2 days of reservations if booked earlier than45 days prior to arrival date.

Balance payment for the tour must be paid at least 45 days in prior to arrival date. In the event full payment is not received 45 days priorarrival we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for additional train or airfares if any in the reservations.

If reservations are done less than 60 days in advance than once reservations is confirmed we require full payment within 3 days of reservations.We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. We cannot GUARANTEE special meal requests nor will it assume anyresponsibility or liability if passengers' special meal requests are not fulfilled.

Travel Documents

Travel documents, including any air tickets and instructions for joining your tour in Europe will be sent to you approximately 7 days prior to tourdeparture provided full payment has been received. If you're leaving home earlier, ask your Travel Agent to request travel documents in good time.

Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Changes

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either by email or fax directly to us. A fee of Euro 50 per person will be charged for any revision oralteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. A change of tour date or touritinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to anearlier tour departure of equivalent or greater value in which case a Euro 30 per person amendment fee will be charged. The following scale ofcharges will apply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed.

General Information and Conditions

Tour Prices: Are based on costs and exchange rates as at 1st May 2020. Should these costs change, a surcharge may be made on the price of yourtour. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made once payment for the deposit of your tour is received. This guaranteeexcludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for theseguarantees, no refund will be made if costs are reduced.

Itinerary Variations

ETM Global Limited In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itinerariesand to substitute hotels.Tour Cancellation: ETM Global Limited reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements orcircumstances beyond its control.ETM Global Limited is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Responsibility

ETM Global Limited referred to as the Operators, are the agents for ETM Global Limited we have empowered the Operators on its behalf toundertake the following duties:

The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in this program, except where suchservices cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of theOperators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shallbe no refund in this connection.

This program represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned Operators.

In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall be responsible for anycancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by air carriers, hotels, transportation companies, orany other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services oraccommodations necessitated by same. Nor shall they be liable for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising fromloss, negligence or delay from the act, error, or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control. All baggage andpersonal belongings are at all times at the passenger's own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers whoprovide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents, employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies.The Operators are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties.

Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations willbe liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not beingworn at the time of such accident or incident. Transportation companies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or eventduring the time passengers are not on board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines ortransportation companies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger or purchaser ofthis tour and the Operators assume no responsibility in this connection. Enrollment in and payment for a tour shall constitute agreement andacceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this program which cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of theCompany. All matters arising are subject to English law.
