The panels are double sided but are only 14mmdeepandfitunderaslightlylargercablecentre.Theyuse low voltage LED’s which have a minimum lifeexpectancyof60,000-100,000hours,duetotheirlonglifetheyaremaintenancefree.Theywillilluminateany graphic printed on standard 90gsm paper orDura Trans paper (A4 and A3 sizes available onrequest),whichenablesyou tochange thedisplayasoftenasyoulike!

The pockets have a 10mm silver border whichreducesthevisiblegraphicsizeby10mmallaround.

Therearenodarkshadowsduetotheuniquedesignofthelightpanelwhichensuresanevendistributionof light. The graphics can be changed easily bysimplyslottingtheminandoutofthefrontandbackpockets,there’snoneedfortools.The lightpanelsuseenergy efficient LED’s that are extremelybrightand won’t cost the earth to leave them switchedon,whichwilldrawattentiontoyourdisplaydayandnight.Thebevellededgesalsohavetheappearancethattheyareglowingwhichwillgiveyourdisplaythewowfactor.

If you have anapprovedcreditaccountpayment isdueno laterthantheendof themonthafterthemonthofourinvoiceunlessotherwiseagreedinwriting.Ifyoufailtopayusinfullontheduedatewemaycancelanydiscountofferedtoyou.Ifyouhaveanapprovedcreditaccount,wemaywithdrawitorreduceyourcreditlimitorbringforwardyourduedateforpayment.Wemaydoanyoftheseatanytimewithoutnotice.Ifyoudonotcomplypunctuallywiththesetermsofpaymentwereservetherightwithoutnoticetosuspendfurtherdeliveriesuntilallarrearshavebeenpaidand,atouroption,torescindanysubsistingcontractwithyouastoalloranypartsoffuturedeliveriesbutwithoutprejudicetoanyrightsalreadyaccruedtousundersuchcontracts.Pricesarecorrectattimeofprintonly.

Delivery 1. The company will use it’s best endeavours to comply with any deliverydateorperiodagreedwiththecustomerbutshallbeundernoliabilityforanydelay in delivery causedor contributed toby any fire, accident breakdownindustrialdisputedifficultyinobtainingmaterialswarforcemajeureoranyotheroccurrenceorcircumstanceswhatsoeverbeyondthecontroloftheCompany.2.AnyquotedoragreeddeliveryshallrunfromthedateonwhichtheCompanyacceptsthecustomer’sorder.3.Ifasaresultofanyoccurrencementionedin1abovetheCompanyshallbehinderedorpreventedfromdeliveringalloranypartofanorderitmaybywrittennotice to the customer cancel the order or the undeliveredbalance thereofwithoutanyliabilitytothecustomerinrespectofsuchcancellation.4. Any delay in delivery of goods which is excusable under this conditionshallbeexcusednotwithstandingthatgoodsofthesamedescriptionmaybeavailablefromanothersourceforpurchasebytheCompanyforsupplytothecustomer.

Quotation/Prices 1.TheCompanyshallbeentitledtowithdrawanyquotationatanytimepriortotheCompany’sAcceptanceofanorder.

Quality/Performance All conditionsandwarranties, expressedor implied, as to thequality of anygoods sold, or their fitness for any particular purpose or their performancecapability or otherwise and whether arising by law, custom or any courseofdealingareherebyexcluded,and thecompanyshallbeunderno liabilitywhatsoever in respect of any loss, damage, liability or expense suffered orincurredbythecustomerasaresultoforinconnectionwiththesaleorsupplyof any goods or the performance of any service by the Company even ifsufferedorincurredinconsequenceofthenegligenceoftheCompanyoritsservantsagentsorsubcontractors.

DamagesTheCompany’sliability ifany(whetherincontractor intortandincludinganyliabilityinvolvingnegligence)shallinnocircumstances exceed the price actually received by the company for the

goodsorservicesinrelationtowhichsuchliabilityshallhavearisenprovidedasfollows:1. Inthecaseofgoods,whicharedefectiveoratvariancewithspecificationtheCompanymayatitsoptiondischargesuchliabilitybyrepairingorreplacingthegoodsfreeofcharge.2.TheCompanyshallbeforereplacinganygoodsunder1abovebeentitledtothereturnofthegoods,whichshallthereuponbecomethepropertyoftheCompany.3.TheCompanyshallnotinanycircumstancesbeliableforincidentalorconsequentiallossordamage.4. The Company shall be discharged from all liability in respect of goods,whicharedefective,oratvariancewithspecificationunlesswrittennotice(byrecordeddelivery)ofthedefectorvariancefromspecificationshallbegiventotheCompanywithin7daysafterdeliveryofthegoodstothecustomer.

Lien TheCompanyshall(withoutprejudicetoanyotherremedyavailabletoit)havein respectofallunpaiddebtsdue fromthecustomerandgeneral lienonallgoods or property of the customer in the possession of the Company forwhateverpurposeandwhetherworkeduponornotandshallbeentitledonthe expiration of not less than 14 days notice inwriting to the customer todisposeofsuchgoodsorpropertyastheCompanyshallthinkfitastoapplytheproceedsofsuchdisposalinortowardsthesatisfactionofsuchdebts.

SetoffThecompanymayatanytimewithoutnoticetothecustomersetoffanyliabilityof thecustomer to theCompanyagainstany liabilityof theCompany to thecustomerwhethertheliabilityofthecustomerortheCompanyshallbeactualorcontingentprimaryorcollateralorjointorseveralandwhetherexpressedasaliabilitytopaymoneyoraliabilitytodelivergoodsorservices.

Suspension/cancellation1.Withoutprejudice to anyother available remedy theCompanymay if thecustomer is indefault inmakinganypaymentduetotheCompany(whetherunderthesamecontractorotherwise)suspendfurthertransferofdeliveryofgoodsorperformanceofservicessolongassuchdefaultcontinuesor,atitsoption,cancelanyoutstandingorderortheundeliveredbalancethereof,withoutany liability to the customer in respect of such suspension or cancellation.Payments forsuch loss,damage, liabilityorexpenseshallbeduewithin48hoursofthedateofinvoiceforsame.2. The customer shall not be entitled to cancel any order placed with thecompany or to require the Company to suspend or defer any delivery tothe customer under any such order acceptwith thewritten consent of theCompanyanduponsuchconditionsthattheCompanyshalltosuchconsent.

No assignment NocontractenteredintobythecustomerwiththeCompanyandnoliabilityoftheCompanytodelivergoodsorservicestothecustomershallbeassignedbythecustomerwithoutthewrittenconsentoftheCompanywhichtheCompanymaygiveorwithholdinitsabsolutediscretion.

Property/risk/transit 1.AllgoodssoldbytheCompanyshallremainthepropertyoftheCompanyuntilthepaymentofthepriceinfull.2.Thegoodsshallbethesoleriskofthecustomerfromthetimeatwhichtheyaredeliveredtothecustomerorcarrierattheagreedplaceofdelivery(whethercarriageisarrangedorpaidforbytheCompanyorbythecustomer).Unless

otherwiseagreedinwritingtheagreedplaceofdeliveryshallbedeemedtobethepremisesoftheCompany.3.TheCompanyshallnotinanycircumstancesbeliableforlossordamagetogoodsintransittothecustomerunless:a) Any damage or shortage is reported inwriting to theCompany and thecarrierwithin3daysafterdelivery.b)InthecaseoftotallossthecustomergiveswrittennoticetotheCompanyofthenon-arrivalofthegoodswithinareasonableperiod(notexceeding3days)afterreceiptoftheCompany’sinvoice.4.GoodssoldbytheCompanyandreturnedbythecustomertotheCompanyshallbethesoleriskof thecustomeruntilsuchgoodsshallhavecome intocustodyoftheCompanyatthepremisesoftheCompanywhere(havingregardto thenatureof thegoodsandthereason for their return) thegoodswillbeunpackedandorinspected.ThisparagraphshallapplynotwithstandingthatthegoodsshallcomeintothepossessionorcustodyoftheCompanyatsomeearliertime,whetherbycollectionorotherwise.

Tools Unlessotherwiseagreedby theCompany inwritingall tools,dies,patterns,designsandotheritemsmadeorsuppliedbythecompanyfortheexecutionof the customers orders shall remain the property of the Company notwithstandinganychargemadetothecustomerinrespectthereof.

PatentsTothebestoftheCompany’sknowledgegoodssoldtothecustomerwillnotinfringeanypatent,trademark,registereddesignorcopyrightofanythirdpartybuttheCompanyshallinnocircumstancesbeliabletothecustomerinrespectofsuchinfringement.
