How to EnrollApplication ProcessComplete both sides of the attached application, sign the back of the form, and return it with a $300 deposit per camper. Once we receive your application, and it has been reviewed, a confirmation/invoice will be mailed to verify your child(ren)’s reservation. The balance of the tuition is due by April 1, 2013. Full payment of the tuition is required for all applications sent after April 1, 2013.

Online enrollment is available at esfcamps.com/Moorestown.

Grouping RequestsIf you would like your child grouped with a specific friend, please write the friend’s name and home phone number on the application. Campers MUST be entering the same grade next fall.

Health History RecordAfter your child is enrolled, we’ll send you an ESF Camper Health History Record. This form must be filled out and signed by you, the camper’s parent/guardian, as well as a licensed health care provider. For the health and safety of all campers, no child will be allowed to attend camp without a completed health form on file.

General InformationTransportationIf you are interested in organizing your own car pool, please check the appropriate box on the application. In May, camp parents who are interested in car pooling will receive a list of names and telephone numbers of people in their town who are also interested in car pooling.

Camp OrientationAll important camp-related materials will be distributed at Camp Orientation which takes place in late May or early June depending on the age of your child. Information on the date and times will be mailed to you in May. Your attendance at Camp Orientation is extremely important, as it will help make your child’s transition into camp as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Optional Lunch ProgramCampers may bring their lunch and drink to camp, which we refrigerate, or they can participate in our lunch program for an additional cost of $37.50 per week. To sign up for the lunch program, please check the appropriate box on the application.

Refreshments & SnackCampers are provided with a snack and juice each day. In addition, multiple water coolers with cups as well as water fountains are easily accessible to all campers throughout the day.

Camp T-ShirtAll campers will receive an “Official Camp T-shirt.” Please circle your child’s shirt size on the attached application.

Camp ToursIf you and your child would like to meet with us or have a tour of our camp facilities, please call us anytime at 856.235.5300.

Cancellations & ChangesIf you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, you must notify us in writing by April 1, 2013 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations on or prior to this date are subject to a $50 processing fee per child. No refunds will be given out after April 1, 2013 regardless of your registration date. There are no allowances given for late arrival, early dismissal, vacations, illness, or injury. Changes in the enrolled weeks are based upon availability and must also be made on or before the April 1, 2013 deadline.
