ERP Program Management, a very critical step, would facilitate the Client & Implementation Vendor teams work together and
ensure that the ERP Project Implementation is completed within the agreed timelines and budget.
ERP Program Management Scope
Frame the Program Management Office (PMO) for the ERP Implementation Project
ERP Project Orientation Workshop
Highlight the benefits that can be achieved by the organization by successful ERP Implementation Project
Detail the challenges that needs to be managed during the ERP Implementation Project
Set the Objectives & Key Business Requirements (along with Client & Vendor teams)
Review the ERP Implementation Project Contract
Project Scope (Inclusion & Exclusion), Team Structure, Project Schedule, Deliverables, Total Cost of Ownership
(including Support) etc.,
Frequently Review the Project Progress and set the Action Plan (for both Client & Vendor)
Project Sign-off (once the project is completed) and plan for next project initiative
Project Methodology
ERP Program Management Profiler to be filled in by customer and send it to VELCOM
VELCOM team would study the filled-in profiler and then would have a discussion with the concerned Client & ERP
Implementation Vendor team.
Based on the above, VELCOM would conduct the Program Management for the ERP Implementation Project .
Deliverable
Objectives Set to be achieved by the ERP Implementation Project
ERP Implementation Project Progress Status Report (on agreed frequency)
Review the Set Objectives (Plan vs Achievement) after completion of the ERP Implementation Project
