Blogging

On top of my business writing skills, I wrote an expat lifestyle and travel blog, Quintessentially English. The blog was started as a way to share the experiences of my life as an American expat in England.

I have won a number of awards for my blog, including top commented for my entry in Expat Blog’s 'Culture Shock' writing contest, HELP! There is an American in the front garden!

Nikken Europe Events CalendarIn January 2014, Nikken started a new project, an update of Nikken Europe’s Events Calendar.

Serving as project manager I identified project goals, wrote a functionality scope document/use case scenarios,

● Feature important events such as 2014’s regional conventions in Oslo and Paris, as well as 2015’s 40th anniversary celebration in Orlando, Florida.

● Make a simpler process to attend a Nikken event

● Make it easier for Consultants to create and promote their own events.

Public speakingI am an accomplished public speaker. Throughout my education and career I

have delivered presentations of varying lengths to small classrooms and large groups.

In January 2013 I gave a presentation on using social media for business to 150+ international attendees at a leadership conference in Cyprus.
