There are at the most 40,000 people who die a year from eating fast food. This tells you that you need to watch out for what you eat.

You also need to watch how much you eat of fast food. Don’t think that you can eat fast food all of the time and it do nothing to you. Because it can. For example it can be very deadly.

In the United States, people spent about $110 billion on fast food in 2000 which increased from $6 billion in 1970. They say fast food industry is growing at least 41% a year.

Yes, junk food can effect your energy level. Junk food doesn’t contain the right nutrients that you need to stay healthy. High levels of the sugar in junk food puts your metabolism under a lot of stress that you don’t need.

Junk food contains large amounts of fat, and as fat goes around your body, you will gain weight and later become obese. The more weight that you continue to gain, the more you will be at risk for serious chronic illnesses. This contains diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis.
