Sub: executive Post Graduate Programme (ePGP) – Admission Offer

We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for admission to the eighth batch of executive Post Graduate Programme (ePGP) at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. The validity of this offer of admission is subject to the following: 1. Your acceptance of this offer by paying the first installment of Rs.1,24,000/- (Rupees one lakh twentyfour

thousand only) on or before September 7, 2009. The payment should be made through Demand Draft favouring Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode payable at Kozhikode. Please write your name at the back of the DD to ensure that your payment is credited to your name. This admission offer may remain valid only if the payment reaches the Institute within the deadline.

2. Confirmation of the relevant academic records and documents submitted by you, as per the eligibility

requirements for admission. You need to submit originals of your academic records to IIMK IDL Office for verification when you register for the first in-campus module. Please note that if at any later stage it is found that you have not fulfilled any of our admission requirements including eligibility criteria, your admission is ipso facto liable to be cancelled.

The admission offer is also subject to the availability of seats at the preferred classroom. In case the seats are not available at the preferred classroom, the admitted candidates may be asked to choose another classroom. IIM Kozhikode reserves the right to withdraw the offer without citing the reasons. Payment made will not be refunded under any circumstances if the candidate chooses to withdraw later. However, if the Institute decides to withdraw offer then the payment would be refunded. The payment schedule of the total programme fees is as follows:

First Installment Rs. 1,24,000/- On or before September 7, 2009 Second Installment Rs. 70,000/- On or before December 7, 2009 Third Installment Rs. 70,000/- On or before March 7, 2010 Fourth Installment Rs. 1,04,000/- On or before June 7, 2010 Fifth Installment Rs. 70,000/- On or before September 7, 2010 Sixth Installment Rs. 59,000/- On or before December 7, 2010

Total: Rs. 4,97,000/- The classes on IDL platform would be conducted as per the following schedules:

Tuesdays 6.45 pm – 9.45 pm Saturdays 6.45 pm – 9.45 pm Sundays 3.30 pm – 6.30 pm

The first in-campus module will be held from September 21 to 26, 2009. Detailed in-campus programme schedule will be sent to you upon receipt of the first installment of fee. Looking forward to your joining the Programme,
