Eligibility:
Working professionals with a minimum of 5 years work experience and holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree/CA/ICWA, with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA, awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the bachelor’s degree would be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the university/ institution from where they have obtained the bachelor’s degree. In case the university/ institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, the fifth IIM in the country, has carved a niche for itself

EExecutive Postgraduate Programme (EPGP) in Management is a two-year post graduate diploma programme offered on Interactive Learning (IL) platform, accredited by AMBA. The objective of the
programme is to impart management education to working executives seeking skills and strategies to
take their organizations to the next level.
The course with over 800 classroom instruction hours provides the participants with skills for leadership
in the knowledge economy through an innovative curriculum. During the first year, the programme
curriculum focuses on equipping the participants.

There are four compulsory functional workshops, one each on Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Business

during the In-Campus module(s) or over platform as a part of the course in the second year.

Year 2: Elective CoursesThe second year of the programme is divided into three Quarters. The Second year of the curriculum contributes to Elective Courses offered by various academic areas Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology.
