Review American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Commissioned Study of Progressive Learnings on Alternative Response Technologies and present ideas on how all stakeholders can work together to mitigate shoreline impact. Present application of BP America’s Recommended Alternative Response Technologies as applied in subsequent incidents post Deepwater Horizon and at OHMSETT.

u  How do We All work together to overcome the implementation obstacles?

u  When there is an incident should we start downstream deploying technologies and work back towards ground zero as the first responders secure the incident?
