economic treatment levels are possible for a wide variety of

fouling substances.

The continued use of D'sperse 48 at threshold levels will

prevent growth of fouling deposits in cooling water systems.

consumption.

• EDTA Solvent is Chemical cleaning & passivation of condenser /

chiller/pipes to remove accumulated deposits like scales, mud, silt etc.

• Cool solution of EDTA SS is effective, but cleaning speed increases with the

temperature. However, EDTA SS should not be used at temperature greater

than 850C.

• Envirotreat 188 is External cleaning of air handling unit coils, to

clean heat exchange surface of normal dirt & soil. • Passivex is after chemical cleaning, to avoid any fouling or corrosion

on heat transfer surface.

EDTA Solvent

EDTA Solvent is a synergetic blend of EDTA, wetting agent and corrosion

inhibitor for Stainless Steel Equipment. Internal rust, hardness and metal

oxide deposits can be safely removed from stainless steel equipment like

heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, piping and other equipments by

EDTA Solvent . It cleans complex equipment without dismantling, thus

reducing labour cost and down time. Cleaning is normally carried out by

soaking or recirculating techniques while the equipment is offstream, but in

some cases it can be done onstream by injecting the solvent during

operation.

be circulated through the equipment for neutralization of

cleaned metal surface.
