Paragraph One: Example“How to Organize your Binder”
Organizing your classroom binder is not very difficult, and today, I would like to show you how. All you have to do is follow the simple steps below.
Rita's Class May, 2012 22
Paragraph Two: Example (part 1)
First of all, prepare all the office supplies you will need, such as: stapler, three-hole puncher, dividers, tabs and a three-ring binder. Next, punch holes in all the worksheets and categorize them according to each language skill. (N.B. this paragraph continues on the next slide)
Rita's Class May, 2012 23
Paragraph Two: Example (part 2)
Following that, label the tabs with each of the skills and insert them in the dividers. Prior to placing the worksheets in the binder, insert the dividers for each skill in the binder to separate the four different areas. Finally, place your worksheets in each section according to the date.
(N.B. this paragraph starts on the previous slide)
