Preparation of financial models Preparation of Project Information Memorandum (PIM) / Teaser Appraisal of the project with the lenders Coordination with Banks & FI for financial closure and post financial closure of projects. Support security creation process e.g. mortgage, hypothecation, pledge etc Assisting in due diligence exercises for lenders or investors Assisting lender’s Legal Counsel to complete all documentation for financial closure. Regular Interaction with lender’s Legal Counsel, Lender’s Engineers etc. Organizing lender’s and investor’s meet and site visit. Coordinating for certification of ICB process, risk matrix and rating process. Business and equity valuations Preparation of monthly progress report of the project for the lenders.

Assist in preparation of Detailed Project Report. Project structuring Liaison with Central/State Govt. offices for different clearances required for the

project. Preparation and finalization of project contract e.g Power Purchase Agreement,

EPC Contracts etc. Financial risk management ,e.g. Insurance, hedging etc

Industry/Sector research (Hydro, Thermal, Renewable, Nuclear etc) Identifying different business opportunities in energy sector Preparation & finalization of business plan & models Bid process management (bidding for various power projects)
