Know to locals as NOTL, it has retained its 19th century charm and is a wonderful place to explore with forts, grand mansions, colorful gardens and a potpourri of arts and craft shops. This beautiful town will leave you feeling enchanted and will be the highlight of your day! With colorful flowers and charming shops, you’ll be delighted as you leisurely stroll through town.
