SECOND CIRCULAR From 4th to 8th March, there will take place the I International Congress of Truficulture, Tuber 2013, in Teruel (Spain). Both city and the whole region are already prepared for the reception of congress attendees. By early registration deadline, 31st January, there were more than 200 people registered coming from more than 20 different countries, the Organizer Committee is very satisfied with this success. To make registration easier, it has been enabled a registration by days in our online form that will be opened until 1 st march at the price of 160 euros (taxes included) SPECIAL PUBLICATIONS More than 100 original communications will be presented during the Congress. As it was announced at the end of December, a selection of papers submitted to the Congress will be chosen to take part in a special edition of the magazine Mycorrhiza published by Springer (guest editors: Alessandra Zambonelli and Beatriz Águeda) and of the magazine Forest Systems published by INIA (guest editors: Carlos Colinas and Teresa Ágreda). For the authors presenting a poster, the organization will offer the poster printing service at a price of 50€ each poster. You can send your poster to the Scientific Secretary before February, 28 th and pay for it or in the reception area. AWARDS TO THE BEST COMMUNICATIONS In order to encourage participation and careful presentation, the Organizing Committee launches the "Awards to the best communications". There are three categories: best young research, best oral communication and best poster. Awards rules are available in the website.

SECOND CIRCULAR From 4th to 8th March, there will take place the I International Congress of Truficulture, Tuber 2013, in Teruel (Spain). Both city and the whole region are already prepared for the reception of congress attendees.

By early registration deadline, 31st January, there were more than 200 people registered coming from more than 20 different countries, the Organizer Committee is very satisfied with this success.

PARALLEL ACTIVITIES During the Congress the following activities are planned:

Exhibition of supplying companies of the sector open to Congress attendees. To book a stand you can contact the organization before 28th February. The price of a scheme booth is 500 euros (taxes included). For further information [email protected]

Post Congress Technical Tour to the truffle areas in Spain and France, for 7 days this tour will visit plantations and truffle processing industries in El Toro (Castellón), Solsona (Lérida), Graus (Huesca), Sarlat (France), Estella (Navarra) and Abejar (Soria). This is a tour for 30 people in a high class bus and including translation. To book your seat contact [email protected] (Last seats available)

TRANSFER TO CONGRESS HALL. A transfer bus is scheduled from city centre to Congress Hall. Until bus capacity is reached. We would recommend you not to wait until last bus.
