being of their department and institution. Theprocess requires stakeholders to collaborate in

order to establish clear goals and expectations

focused on the institutions vision and missionbut within agreed-upon boundaries (Cherif, et

al, 2010).

Conclusion

with the ownership. Faculty empowerment is

an important role for educational leaders as

we strive to meet the students needs,educational institutions, and the community

that we serve.
