    Conclusion

    Through empowerment, my potential can beexplored, and my ideas will not be left out. It

    is rather important that by empowering

    myself, I will have the sense of ownership and

    the obligations, and responsibilities that go

    with the ownership. Faculty empowerment is

    an important role for educational leaders as

    we strive to meet the students needs,educational institutions, and the community

    that we serve.
