• Themajorityofmembersratedthevalueformoney,servicetomembersbystaffandmanagement,approachabilityofmanagementandcommunicationmethodsasgood.
• Themajorityofmembersweresatisfiedwithmembertournamentsintermsoforganisation,valueformoney,varietyofformats,websitebookingandfrequencyofmembertournamentsthroughouttheyear.
Golf Course
• Themajorityofmembersratedthegolfcoursesasgood,over88%ratedthegeneralpresentationofthecourseaseithergoodorexcellent.Thelowestresultsinthiscategorywerereceivedfortheoverallpresentationofthelakes.

• ThemajorityofmembersplaytheMajliscoursethemostfrequentlyofallDubaiGolfcourses,theMajliswasalsoratedbythemajorityastheirfavouritecourseintheUAE.
• YasLinkswasvotedthesecondmostpopularcoursewithalmost10%ofmemberschoosingitastheirfavouritecourse.

• 65%ofmemberssurveyedhavetakenlessonsatTheAcademyinthepast12monthsandmostarehappywiththeselectionoflessons,valueformoney,instructorknowledgeandthequalityofpracticefacilitiesattheClub.
