Set on four acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor courtyard and gardens, Emeritus at Meadowbrook is one of Eastern Oregon’s premier assisted living communities. Located a short drive from the Idaho border, our senior living community offers 55 apartments on one floor for easy access.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room, library and activities room – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities every month, coordinated by our full-time activities director. Located in one of the most rugged and spectacular areas of Eastern Oregon, our assisted living community is just a short drive from downtown Ontario, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants and attractions, such as the Four Rivers Cultural Center. In addition, the St. Alphonsus Medical Center and Presbyterian Care Center are close by if ever needed.
