and all the hardened stainless steel range for linear motion.The CNC-machines used are all located in our headquarter inMontemurlo and are the best and reliable brands for turning,

axial and radial drilling and milling. Workings are made in according to customer drawings on shafts with max. diameter 120 mm.

Further, our range product range includes aluminum linear shaft supports.

This area is divided in two sections:PRODUCTIVE and DISTRIBUTION.

“Tecnoline” is a FAIT Group brand that identify the production of linear motion modules. Units are entirely produced on the headquarter in Montemurlo in belt driven, screw driven, rack/pinion driven configuration. Purposes of those systems are reliability, precision, repeatability. “Rollflat“ is a spreader roller for textile industry, lather, paper plastic film, non-woven and technical fabrics in general. Product is composed by a flat surface rope profile (named “bird wings” section) and a dynamic control system; it can be equipped by heads with fixed or adjustable inclination. Acting on the setting system placed on each adjustable head, it is possible to increase or decrease the tension of the rope profile, improving the effect on the material to be spread.ROLLMAX rollers are designed and manufactured to solve wrinkle problems on fabrics, plastic films and paper. FAIT Group produces a wide range of solutions for textile, plastic film and paper industry. Among these are the self-locking aluminum rollers called “Rollblock” (for cardboard cores 3 “and 2”).

The creation of static electricity is a recurring problem depends on the qualitative issues from the productive point of view and above all on the security of the facility and of the staff. Carbonstatic is a rope with carbon filaments, capable to neutralize static electricity that may happen during the various textile, plastic, paper productive process and so on. Its mechanism is based on the ionization process that undoes the electrostatic charge by unloading on the floor. Through the conductive properties of Carbon and Aluminum, the antistatic Carbontex brushes unloads the electrostatic charge that formed on the surface of material during their working. The subtlety of the brush and its peculiar softness guarantee its employability also on the most sensitive surface without any risk of scratching it.
