Welcome to Miraval. I feel blessed to begin this new year together.

A Pisces by birth, I have an innate belief in the universe, the stars, and spirituality. I have lived my life trusting that we are here to learn, to be open to the energy of our higher selves. That belief propelled me to embark on my own personal journey of introspection at Miraval, one that continues to parallel, reflect, and

inform my role as a leader. It energizes me to continue to find innovative paths for our growth and development while staying true to the remarkable ethos of Miraval.

Through my daily ritual of practicing active meditation (otherwise known as my morning run along Lake Michigan), I am able to clear my mind and focus on the sound of breath. Since arriving at Miraval, I have been able to extend this morning state of mind, to infuse as many moments as I can with that same mindful presence.

Our Miraval team has an exceptional ability to meet people wherever they are and to find a way to connect at that point. People often tell me that they discovered things they did not even know existed in those moments of connection. I, too, experienced those points of serendipity and synchronicity firsthand and am delighted to join our circle of guests and fellow voyagers who continue to explore and elevate their wellbeing with each visit. I encourage you to dive deep into your soul with our specialists or climb high on our challenge course. Be a wanderer, an explorer, an observer.

I am grateful to our colleagues, to you our guests, and to the stars shining above for providing this opportunity to lead and learn in sacred space and light.
