    Welcome to a new year at Miraval Austin. Last year was a whirlwind, with few opportunities for reflection. We all had to learn new skills for facing uncertainty, change, and discomfort. I am so grateful to our Miraval Austin team for their strength and support as we banded together to offer this unique space of safety, compassion, and renewal.

    Our reimagined programs and outdoor spaces present ways to gather and grow. Some of our culinary programs moved outside to the serenity garden, while our aerial fitness and floating meditation found their way to the farm. I hope you will explore these new paths with curiosity and care. Take a moment to

    pause and feel the fresh air on your skin or to hear the sounds of Cypress Creek running beside our gentle horses, chickens, and ducks. Discover how our shared experiences and connections with nature can bring fulfillment.

    PRESERVE HIKE Start the day with a hike designed for all abilities.
